This page explains what information Otto (a d/b/a of Istada Brothers LLC) collects through dineotto.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- When you order online, buy a gift card, book catering or send us a form (catering, weddings, private events, careers or a party sign-up), we collect what you enter — for example your name, email, phone number, event details and, for catering delivery, the address.
- Card payments are processed by Clover. Your card number goes directly to Clover; we never see or store it.
How we use it
- To prepare your order or event, answer your questions, and send receipts and order updates.
- To send text messages only when you agree to them — for example, our “on the way” text on catering delivery day. Reply STOP to stop them.
- To send occasional emails about Otto offers and events. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tools
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Together with Google Ads, it shows us whether our ads lead to orders and lets us show Otto ads to people who have visited our site.
- These tools use cookies or similar technologies, including from third parties such as Google. They receive information like the pages you view and your device and browser, and — when you place an order or send a form — that it happened and the order amount. We do not give them your name, email, phone number or address.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects some of our forms from spam.
- Reservations on our à la carte page are handled by OpenTable under its own privacy policy.
- Pages reached through private links, such as payment links, do not load these tools.
Your choices
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We share information only with services that help us run Otto — payments, email, text messages and website hosting — and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
